Every few years Barrett gets Election Day off work. We thought this was the year and planned to take the kids hiking. Well, we found out the office was actually going to be open. He went into work in the morning, then we went to vote, then we went to Killen's Pond to hike. Tommy decided to bring a back pack with all kinds of things: broken binoculars, hat, sunglasses, and more. We started out on our hike and turned around and saw Tommy getting all decked out. It was pretty hilarious!
Little Sister wasn't satisfied until Tommy shared everything with her!

Hannah wasn't that into hiking at a good pace, so we didn't get very far. We still had fun though. We ended up on the playground while the boys played baseball. It is always fun to have time together as a family.
