Kim came to visit on Saturday. We hung out like normal, but HAD to take her to Woodside Farms for ice cream! Damon loved it yet again and so did we. Thanks for coming to visit Kim!!

Cinco de Mayo
Happy Cinco de Mayo!! Growing up it seemed that in our schools, we had WEEK long Cinco de Mayo celebrations. During our lunch break in high school, we had mariachi bands playing, yummy Mexican food for sale, supped-up car shows, and of course Group El Tapitio! So in honor of Cinco de Mayo, we had enchiladas and yummy black bean salsa for dinner (on Dos de Mayo because we had people over for dinner).
