Barrett wanted to go enjoy the fall leaves this last Saturday. We headed to a state park about 25 minutes away. They were having a Fall Fest which we had to pay for...it wasn't great, but we found some pretty neat trails to walk on away from the festivities. Sadly, most of the leaves had already fallen off the trees, but it made for fun activities for Damon. He loved running and crunching the leaves. Then he found 2 sticks and started "dusting". It was cracking us up...he kept going just dusting away! The Fall Fest had lots of blow up slides and things to play on, but Damon only wanted to play on the real playground...so we spent a little time there. Tommy loved the slide:) We're pretty sure we're going to buy a season pass for the state parks now:)

Damon cracks me up. It's a good thing he isn't a meticulous duster or you'd still be there.
I wanna go there!!! They have the MOST BEAUTIFUL state parks on the East Coast. We went to so many in Virginia last year- and I love how they all have playgrounds. Happy Fall!
