Mel's Kitchen Cafe
This week I made this and this.
We loved the Baked Pasta with Chicken Sausage. Barrett loved the Kung-Pao noodles, they weren't my favorite, but they were tasty.
I love the Double Chocolate M&M Cookies. Especially since you can freeze them and only heat up one in the microwave for a few seconds...way good!
Since I only plan good/fun meals a few times a month, I thought I'd share some winners!

Love all the links you post - most of them I've never heard of. I'm going to have to try some of the stuff on there, too. I only cook fun things every once in a while, too. :)
Hers is one of my favorite websites. I think there's only been one recipe I haven't cared for.
