Barrett had to work, so we let our cousins go tour Washington DC without us. We planned to meet up with them at Mt. Vernon when Barrett could get the day off. Since it was Spring Break and the kids were bummed we weren't with cousins, we decided to take Flat Stanley to a few places in town. Another cousin had mailed him to us and we needed to show him some fun!
We took him to the sign when you get to town. Right after this picture, he flew out of our hands and almost landed in the road! Luckily, we stopped him in time. We reported back that he was so excited, he did cartwheels!
We went to the Rocketship park and enjoyed some beautiful weather!
On a different cousin-less day, we went to XBOS, a fun place for kids...and adults:) Hannah really had a fun time and besides having to climb and crawl around on old knees, I had fun following the kids around too.
