The week before Christmas was crazy. Tommy was star of the day in preschool and celebrated his birthday since it is over Christmas break. He loved every minute of it and took mini powdered donuts and chocolate donuts for his treat. Then he had his Holiday Party in his preschool class. Barrett, Hannah, and I had been Christmas shopping, then we made it to see Tommy eat his snacks and hang out with his friends. He is sure the comedian and everyone loves him!
The Saturday before Christmas we went to a friend's baptism, then headed down to the temple. It was an abnormally warm and humid day! Hannah loved cruising along with the boys.
We were there right when the lights turned on...so magical. Of course I was the only one in the family who thought so...such crazy kids!! On the way home, we stopped off at Chick-fil-A for dinner. Everyone was super hungry!
After church on Sunday, we read the Christmas story out of the book of Luke and used our new to us olive wood nativity! What an awesome present from a loved one:) The boys were extra excited because we had just seen a lot of different nativities at the Temple Visitor's Center (one of my favorite things!).
Miss Hannah is becoming quite the princess...she wanted to hold the banana to eat.
